Your First Visit

We are excited you chose us! You’ll never enter our office and wonder where everyone is. Instead, you’ll be greeted by a friendly staff member who will check you in before having you escorted to one of our operatory rooms. There, you will meet Dr. Alani, who will introduce herself and listen to your concerns and smile goals. After learning what you desire from a healthier smile, she will develop a treatment plan with the help of our treatment coordinator, Nancy, who will then escort you to a consultation room where further discussion about treatment will continue. Our team will then work to schedule your next appointment once your thorough examination and professional cleaning are complete.

Patient Forms

To make your first visit as seamless and stress-free as possible, you have the option to fill out the necessary new patient paperwork online, or you can choose to complete them once you arrive for your appointment.

Dental Insurance

We accept most dental insurance plans and will gladly process your claim. When you call our office, we will get your insurance information and have it verified before you come in for your first visit.

Dental insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.

CareCredit Financing

When multiple treatments are required during one appointment, or your dental insurance will not agree to cover a specific service, you can find help by enrolling with CareCredit. Offering low and no-interest financing plans and no surprise fees, this payment method allows you to break up the cost of your care into monthly payments so that you can avoid paying the full amount upfront.
